Job summary

Aprolis UK is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver comprehensive product training to engineers and dealer networks across all brands. The role includes visiting dealer sites, preparing course materials, and presenting health and safety talks, with travel nationally and internationally as required.

You will collaborate with Training Administration to optimise costs, liaise with OEMs for information, and develop lesson plans for internal and dealer training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering and presenting training courses.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Ability to remain impartial across all brands.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and stay away from home.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Excellent IT knowledge including Word, Excel, Teams, Adobe and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills; detail oriented.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Product Training to Aprolis Engineers & Dealer Network across all Brands with visits to dealers as needed.
• Prepare and deliver technical product training courses and supporting materials.
• Deliver Health & Safety Toolbox Talks before training sessions.
• Collaborate with Training Administration to maximise cost effectiveness of courses.
• Liaise with manufacturers/suppliers for training information to update delivery material.
• Ensure training documentation and evaluation data are shared with Training Administration.
• Participate in business development projects as required.
• Produce training reports for venues, facilities or unsuitable candidates if needed.
• Attend product training on all brand machines and create lesson plans for internal and dealer network delivery.
