Job summary

Holt Recruitment is seeking an experienced engineer to move from on-site work into a dedicated training role in Swindon. You will deliver hands-on technical training for forklift and MEWP equipment, mentoring engineers while developing your own professional training qualifications.

In this position you will build fault‑finding skills through real-world equipment challenges, helping your trainees grow into accredited training professionals terwijl ensuring high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer with hands-on experience on forklift trucks and/or MEWP equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to individuals or groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical training across forklift and powered access equipment.
• Help engineers develop practical fault-finding skills through real-world scenarios.
• Develop the next generation of engineers and support their progression into accredited training roles.
