Job summary

Monnoyeur is seeking a Technical Support and Training Specialist to provide onsite technical assistance to Impact depots and the dealer network across all brands. The role includes managing CAT lift trucks and HC warranty systems, serving as the primary liaison for Impact with OEMs, and delivering training.

You will travel nationwide, lead toolbox talks, prepare technical bulletins, and support the Training Team with H&S training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and ability to deliver and present training courses is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to remain impartial
• Strong Leadership and Coaching skills
• Willingness to travel throughout the country and stay away from home as required.
• Excellent IT knowledge including use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support to Impact engineers and Dealer Network by phone, email or onsite visits.
• Prepare and deliver Technical and H&S related training courses with supporting materials.
• Deliver Health & Safety Toolbox Talks before training sessions.
• Prepare Technical Service Bulletins and Health & Safety Bulletins as needed.
• Ensure training courses are cost effective in terms of location and attendance.
• Liaise with manufacturers and HC/MCFE on technical matters.
