Job summary

The AICS Group is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee on-the-ground supervision and quality monitoring of our Support Workers, visiting packages across the local area. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are essential as you will lead, coach and support field-based staff while ensuring high standards of care for clients.

You will conduct visits, complete observations and competency checks, provide on-site coaching, report findings to Package Managers, and help with inductions,

Qualifications

• Must have a full driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lead, coach and support field-based staff.
• Carry out spot checks and competency assessments.
• Work with Package Managers and Care Coordinators to maintain care standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular field visits/spot checks on Support Workers to monitor quality of care.
• Complete observation checklists and competency assessments during field visits.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to maintain best practice.
• Report findings to Package Managers and Care Coordinators and escalate concerns.
• Support induction of new staff with shadow shifts and on-site guidance.
• Assist with client meet & greets and introductions to families.
• Monitor adherence to Care Plans, Risk Assessments and related documents.
• Participate in staff meetings and MDT/Packages Managers meetings.
• Conduct quarterly supervisions and oversee staff development.
• Assist with reviews and maintaining statutory paperwork.
• Take part in on-call rota for emergency cover and shift support.
