Universal Care Services in Dereham is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead community care delivery, conduct assessments, reviews and safeguarding, and coach care colleagues to maintain high standards. You will work closely with service users, families and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes while ensuring compliance with CQC requirements.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, willingness to travel within the region and a commitment to person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within health and social care.
• Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Completing care assessments, reviews, spot checks and competency observations.
• Monitoring care quality and supporting continuous improvement.
• Reviewing care plans, risk assessments and care records.
• Managing safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints appropriately.
• Conducting audits and supporting compliance with CQC requirements.
• Coaching and developing care colleagues to maintain high standards.
• Working closely with service users, families and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
