Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to support clients and care staff in the community. You will visit clients, conduct assessments, monitor wellbeing, and supervise staff while upholding safeguarding and safety standards.

The role involves an on-call rota with some weekend work, and opportunities for career development and funded training. Join a leading UK care provider with a strong community focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care at a supervisory level.
• Well-organised, self-motivated approach.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Visit clients in the community to assess needs and monitor wellbeing.
• Provide supervision and development support to care staff.
• Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are upheld.
• Promote a culture where concerns and ideas can be raised openly.
• Take part in on-call rota with some weekend working.
