Job summary

Sanderson Recruitment Plc is seeking a Field Services Engineer to deliver on-site IT hardware support across the UK. The role includes travel between sites, standard hours plus out-of-hours standby, and a salary package with car allowance and benefits.

The successful candidate will maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware, deploy PCs, and work to high quality standards with a focus on customer satisfaction. Full-time permanent role with robust induction and training.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving license and ability to travel across the UK.
• Willing to undergo BPSS security checks.
• Ability to diagnose hardware and basic software issues.

Responsibilities

• Attend incidents as directed by the Customer Incident Centre in a courteous, customer-focused manner.
• Monitor, update and progress incidents in a timely manner.
• Provide training, support and guidance to junior Field Service engineers.
• Coordinate between clients and vendors to ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction in all tasks.
