Job summary

Culligan is hiring a field service technician to maintain and repair water treatment systems at client locations. You will install and troubleshoot equipment, manage service schedules, and document visits while delivering excellent customer service.

A driving licence is required, and full training is provided where needed. The role includes regular travel, a company van for private use, uniform and tablet, and access to pension, sick pay, and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Full and valid driving license required.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle installation and troubleshooting at clients' locations.
• Oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Weekly visits to the Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.
