Culligan UK is seeking a Field Service Technician to service water treatment systems at customer premises, performing maintenance, installations, and repairs as needed. You will diagnose issues, troubleshoot on-site, and maintain precise service records while delivering excellent customer care.

The role includes a clear progression path within our field operations team, ongoing training, and a company van with private use option. A strong team environment supports your development.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred; training provided.
• Full UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools; good troubleshooting ability.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems at client sites.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment directly at customers’ locations.
• Oversee service schedules to minimize downtime for clients.
• Keep precise service visit records and report issues or recommendations.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and provide outstanding service.
• Attend the Service Centre weekly to replenish parts and supplies.
