Job summary

Culligan is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. You will service and repair water treatment systems at client sites, conduct installations, and keep precise service records while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role offers weekday hours, a company van with private use option, uniform and tablet provided, and a comprehensive benefits package including generous holiday, pension, sick pay, and access to support networks.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing or electrical fields is preferred.
• Strong DIY skills and ability to use power tools.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment at client locations.
• Oversee service schedules to minimise downtime.
• Keep precise records of service visits and issues.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver great service.
• Weekly visits to the Service Centre for parts and supplies.
