Culligan UK Limited is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team and service customers at their sites. You will perform maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems, install and troubleshoot equipment, and keep service records to ensure reliability.

You will need a full driving licence, strong DIY skills, and good communication to build rapport with customers. We offer training, a company van with private use, and progression opportunities within a supportive field

Qualifications

• Full and valid driving licence.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment at client sites.
• Manage service schedules to minimise downtime for customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and report issues.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and provide quality service.
• Weekly visits to the service centre to replenish parts and supplies.
