Job summary
Culligan UK is looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. You will service water treatment systems at customer sites, perform maintenance and repairs, and ensure optimal performance.
The role includes installing equipment, diagnosing issues, keeping accurate service records, and delivering outstanding customer service. A full training programme is provided, with a Monday–Friday pattern and a company van for business use.
Qualifications
- Experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred; full training provided.
- Valid driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication with customers.
Responsibilities
- Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
- Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
- Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for customers.
- Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
- Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.
