Culligan UK is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. You will provide excellent service to customers and ensure water treatment systems are in perfect working order, with full training provided.
The role involves regular maintenance, installation and troubleshooting at client sites, liaising with customers to identify needs and deliver outstanding service, and weekly centre visits for parts replenishment. Career progression opportunities are offered.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
Responsibilities
- Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
- Handle installation and troubleshooting at client locations.
- Oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for customers.
- Keep precise records of service visits and communicate issues or suggestions.
- Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver service.
- Weekly visits to the Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.
