Job summary

Daisy Business Solutions is seeking a seasoned Field Service Technician to deliver hands-on hardware and software support at client sites in the UK. You will configure networks with Ubiquiti and Sophos, implement VLANs and routing, and support Microsoft 365 across server platforms.

Applicants should have proven field experience, strong problem-solving skills, and relevant certifications. A valid UK driver's license, excellent communication, and reliability are essential for this client-facing

Qualifications

• Proven field experience with resolving complex technical issues.
• Solid understanding of network architecture, server environments, and desktop support.
• English fluency; Afrikaans skills are advantageous.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, N+, S+, or Microsoft certs.
• Valid driver’s licence for at least 2 years.
• Strong organizational skills and professional client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on hardware and software support for desktops, laptops, and servers at client sites.
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure including Ubiquiti and Sophos environments.
• Implement and troubleshoot advanced networking (VLANs and routing).
• Resolve issues within Microsoft 365 ecosystem and server platforms.
• Maintain documentation and real-time tracking of service activities.
• Participate in after-hours standby rotations and overtime as needed.
