Job summary

Light & Wonder is hiring a Field Service Technician to support customers across Greater London and surrounding postcodes. You will diagnose faults, repair terminals, and perform installations on-site, while building strong customer relationships and maintaining service quality.

Ideal candidates live in WD, AL, LU, SG, or MK, hold a full UK driving licence, and are motivated by hands-on tech work and travel. The role offers a 40-hour week with a 5-out-of-7 schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in technology and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service skills and confidence communicating with a wide range of people.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair gaming and betting terminals across customer sites.
• Complete new venue installations to the highest standards.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and respond quickly to service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption for customers.
• Coordinate equipment removals and upgrades when required.
• Build strong relationships with customers, providing clear updates and operational guidance.
• Accurately record service visits, maintenance activities, and customer feedback.
