Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair gaming terminals across customer sites in Greater London. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and maintain strong customer relationships while travelling the region.

The role offers training, a 40-hour week, and the chance to grow technical skills in a global gaming leader with comprehensive benefits and a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• A full valid UK driving licence.
• Live in WD, AL, LU, SG or MK postcodes.
• Experience in IT, electronics, engineering, maintenance or field-based roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair gaming terminals at customer sites.
• Complete new venue installations to high standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service requests quickly.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal disruption to customers.
• Coordinate equipment removals and upgrades when required.
• Build strong customer relationships with clear updates and guidance.
• Accurately record service visits and feedback.
• Travel across the designated region and manage daily schedule.

Location and Working Hours

Location: WD, AL, LU, SG, MK postcodes- please note to apply, you must live in one of the above postcodes. Hours: 40 per week, rolling 5 days out of 7 We're currently looking for technicians to cover the WD, AL, LU,SG, MK postcode areas, working a rolling 5 out of 7 day pattern.

What You'll Do

• Install, service, and repair gaming and betting terminals across customer sites.
• Complete new venue installations to the highest standards.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and respond quickly to service requests.

What You'll Bring

• Strong customer service skills and confidence communicating with a wide range of people.

• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience in IT, electronics, engineering, maintenance, delivery, or another field-based role would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
