Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair gaming and betting terminals at customer sites.
• Complete new venue installations to high standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate equipment removals and upgrades as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide clear updates.
