Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Technical Services Representative to install, service and repair our soft drinks equipment at customer sites across Leeds. You will deliver a professional first impression and provide tips to serve the best drinks.

You'll join a field-based role with comprehensive training, a company van provided, and a strong benefits package. Weekend/Bank holiday cover may apply, with 42-hour week and wide support network to ensure top service.

Qualifications

• This role requires a full, clean UK manual driving licence.
• Experience with drink dispense equipment or similar technical equipment is preferred; training will be provided.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, diagnose and repair soft drinks dispense and chiller equipment at customer sites across Leeds.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs with a first-time fix where possible.
• Educate customers on equipment operation and basic fault finding.
• Provide technical advice to improve uptime and performance.
• Maintain service records and complete required documentation.
• Manage van stock, tools and spare parts for customer visits.
• Build positive relationships with customers through high-quality service.
