Job Title: NOC Field Service Specialist - EV Charging

Location: Office based in St Albans

Salary: Competitive

Company: We are working with a global CPO to hire an NOC and Field Service Specialist.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for monitoring and conducting maintenance (both preventative and reactive) of the charger network installed base, ensuring the reliability of the Charging Network for customers. Additionally, you will manage the UK Assets Database and collaborate with the team to develop analytic dashboards and reports to enhance performance and reliability.

What you'll need:

• Educated to GCSE standard or hold an Electrical-based City & Guilds Qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Mechanical & Electrical or EV industry.
• Understanding of electrical components used in EV installations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, as you'll support key client meetings and liaise with external contractors.
• Asset management experience to improve network performance using data, dashboards, and databases.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor and enhance network performance.
• Process optimization skills.
• Reporting and presentation skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to lead projects independently and implement improvements.
