NOC Field Service Specialist - EV Charging

Office based St Albans

We are working with a global CPO to hire an NOC and Field Service Specialist.

You'll be responsible for monitoring and conducting maintenance (both preventative and reactive) of the charger network installed base, to ensure customers can trust the reliability of the Charging Network. You will also be responsible for managing and using the UK Assets Database and to collaborate with the wider team to develop analytic dashboards and reports to improve performance and reliability.

What you'll need:

• Educated to GCSE standard or Electrical based City & Guild Qualification.
• Must have 2 years of experience in a similar role in the Mechanical & Electrical or EV Industry.
• An understanding of Electrical components used on EV installations.
• Customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal as you will support key client customer meetings and liaise with external contractors.
• Asset management experience and expertise to improve the network performance, using data, dashboards and databases to drive performance improvement and cost reduction.
• Analytical and reporting skills to monitor and improve network performance
• Process optimization skills.
• Reporting and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude, with the ability to independently lead projects and implement improvements.
