About the role

We are collaborating with a global CPO to hire an NOC and Field Service Specialist.

This role involves monitoring and conducting maintenance (both preventative and reactive) of the charger network installed base to ensure reliable service for customers. You will also manage the UK Assets Database and work with the team to develop analytics dashboards and reports to enhance performance and reliability.

What you'll need:

• Educated to GCSE level or holder of an Electrical-based City & Guilds Qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Mechanical & Electrical or EV Industry.
• Understanding of electrical components used in EV installations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, to support client meetings and liaise with external contractors.
• Asset management experience, with the ability to use data, dashboards, and databases to improve network performance and reduce costs.
• Analytical and reporting skills to monitor and enhance network performance.
• Process optimization skills.
• Reporting and presentation skills.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to lead projects independently and implement improvements.
