Superior Wellness Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Technician to diagnose faults, repair and maintain our hot tubs, swim spas and wellness products across the UK.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, carry out servicing and repairs, and report on job progress while delivering outstanding customer service. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide are essential.

Formación

• Experience in a technical, mechanical, electrical or plumbing-related role.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of pumps, electrical components or plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair faults on hot tubs, swim spas and other wellness products at customer locations nationwide.
• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing and electrical issues, including pumps, heaters and control systems.
• Complete service reports and job documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate professionally with customers, keeping them informed throughout the repair process.
• Work closely with the Technical and Aftersales Teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Manage and prioritise workloads to ensure appointments and repairs are completed effectively.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment to the required standards.
• Follow company procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Be flexible with working hours and nationwide travel to meet customer needs.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the growing Technical Team at Superior Wellness.

As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for experienced and motivated Field Service Engineers to join our team, supporting customers across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in engineering, plumbing, electrical work or hot tub servicing who enjoys problem-solving, working independently and delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and maintaining our range of hot tubs, swim spas and other wellness products.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a technical, mechanical, electrical or plumbing-related role.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of pumps, electrical components or plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Previous experience servicing or repairing hot tubs, swim spas or similar products.
• Relevant mechanical, electrical, plumbing or heating qualifications.
• Experience working in a field service or customer-facing engineering role.

Product-specific training can be provided for candidates with relevant transferable technical experience.
