Job summary

Dexory is hiring a Field Service Engineer to join our Service Operations team. You will complete training in electro-mechanical assembly, spend three months in Production, then move to field service across continents.

You will service, maintain and repair robots on client sites worldwide, travel frequently, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires over five years in electromechanical assembly, strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication, and a clean UK driving license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electromechanical assembly/service in precision industries.
• Willingness to travel on-site and abroad.
• Strong diagnostic skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and off-site service and repairs for Dexory robots and equipment
• Develop, implement and action work instructions for service and repair tasks
• Develop and implement service plans in line with Engineering recommendations
• Maintain product traceability records
• Maintain product currency
• Ensure QA compliance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Fulfill additional duties, whether functional or administrative, as assigned by management in a fair and reasonable manner
