Job summary

MC Technical Recruitment Ltd seeks a Field Service Engineer to cover regions around Gloucester, Swindon and south Birmingham. You will conduct planned and preventive maintenance on large diesel or gas engines used in power generation settings.

You must have an NVQ Level 3 or C&G in Mechanical Engineering, hands-on diagnostic skills, and a full UK driving licence. Willingness to travel to remote sites and participate in an on-call rota is required; a company van and bonuses are provided as part

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to cover a region around Gloucester to Swindon to south Birmingham. This role will involve conducting planned & preventative maintenance on large engines.

As a field-based Engine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Adhering to all H&S regulations in a power generation setting
• Performing preventative, corrective & reactive maintenance on large engines & powergen assets
• Responding to out of hours call out during your on-call week
• Managing van stock
• Attending training to enhance skills

To be considered for this role you should have:
