Job summary

KLEEMANN UK GROUP is seeking a reliable Service Engineer to attend customer sites, diagnose and repair equipment, and perform preventative maintenance. The role involves travel to client locations and occasional on-call duties.

The candidate should have field service or maintenance engineering experience, strong mechanical skills, and a valid UK driving licence. Competitive salary with overtime and a company vehicle is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field service or maintenance engineering role.
• Mechanical knowledge with electrical experience considered advantageous.
• Ability to fault find and solve problems under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent engineering qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency breakdowns and service call-outs.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Carry out repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
• Provide technical advice and support on-site to customers.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding parts and follow-up work.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times.
