Job summary

KLEEMANN UK GROUP is seeking a Service Callout Engineer to join our UK operations. You will respond to emergency lift callouts, diagnose faults, and perform repairs in South East London, Surrey and beyond.

You’ll also document service activities and coordinate with the office and clients to ensure reliability and safety. Applicants should have NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering, proven service experience, and a full UK driving licence.

• Proven lift service and emergency callout experience.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and office team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency callouts and lift breakdowns in your area.
• Diagnose, repair, and implement solutions to restore lift service.
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
• Maintain tools, equipment and vehicle to high standards.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call rota.
