KLEEMANN UK GROUP is seeking a dependable Service Engineer to join our team, covering on-site visits to client sites across the Bristol area. You will diagnose, repair and maintain equipment, with on-call duties and travel to various locations. A strong mechanical background and customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a field service or maintenance engineering role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge (electrical experience advantageous).
• Ability to fault find and problem-solve under pressure.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency breakdowns and service call-outs.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
• Carry out repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers on-site.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding parts and follow-up work.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times.
