Job summary
Pure Talent Group, recruiting on behalf of an established print solutions provider, seeks a customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair multifunction printers across Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Northampton. You will travel to customer sites, ensuring devices operate reliably and in line with manufacturer standards.
You will diagnose faults, perform firmware upgrades, configure network printing, and support print management solutions while delivering excellent
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting Ricoh MFDs or Canon MFDs.
- Field Service Engineer with experience in managed print.
- Strong TCP/IP networking and IT troubleshooting skills.
- Experience configuring network printers and MFPs.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults on MFDs, photocopiers, printers and related print infrastructure.
- Install, configure and commission new print devices.
- Troubleshoot network printing, scanning and cloud workflows.
- Support print management solutions such as PaperCut or uniFLOW.
- Maintain health & safety and ensure safe vehicle operation.
