Qualifications

• Solid mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience in field-based or customer-facing roles.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on materials handling equipment.
• Diagnose faults using electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Complete accurate service reports, documentation, and parts management.
• Deliver excellent on-site customer service as a company ambassador.
• Identify upsell opportunities and extra work where appropriate.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times.
