Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is hiring a Field Service Engineer with full product training in the UK. The role covers a regional patch with a company vehicle and door-to-door pay, offering overtime and extensive training to become the go-to expert.

You will start with full training, then perform preventative and reactive maintenance across the region, Monday–Friday, with weekend duties and on-call shifts. Salary ranges £30,000–£36,000, with OTE up to £45K.

Qualifications

• Background in field-based engineering or similar.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.
• Training and mentorship program provided.

Responsibilities

• Preventative and Reactive Maintenance.
• Full training through a stay-away course and mentoring.
• Monday to Friday - covering a regional patch.
• Working 1 in 3 Weekends.
• Company Vehicle, Door to Door pay and overtime rates.
