You will install, commission, service and upgrade equipment at customer sites across the UK and internationally, diagnose faults and provide on-site and remote support, while ensuring thorough documentation and customer training.

• Mechanical and Electrical background
• Commutable to Plymouth

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service, repair and upgrade equipment at customer sites across the UK and internationally.
• Diagnose faults, provide remote and on-site technical support, and carry out testing and calibration.
• Complete service documentation, deliver operator training and support continuous improvement and product development.
