Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover sites across the South of England, with base in Oxford. You will install, service, maintain and repair a range of industrial equipment, delivering first-class on-site support.

The role offers a £51,000 basic salary, door-to-door overtime boosting earnings, a company van for personal use, and a clear path for training and career progression. You must have an engineering qualification, a Full UK driving licence, and be willing to

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer.
• Strong electrical and/or mechanical engineering background.
• Experience working in automated environment (Manufacturing or Industrial).
• Engineering qualification (minimum Level 3 or equivalent).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Must live within a 40-mile radius of Reading.
• Willingness to travel across the South of England.

Responsibilities

• Installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of a wide range of industrial equipment.
• Cover customer sites across the South of England and provide first-class on-site service.
• Ensure customers receive excellent support and maintain safety standards.
