Ernest Gordon Recruitment is assisting a market-leading engineering employer in Basildon with a Field Service Engineer (Training) role. Salary £30,000–£36,000 + OTE £45K, plus overtime, door-to-door pay and a comprehensive training program.

Basildon (Regional Patch) and full training are provided. You will join a team handling regional preventative and reactive maintenance, with a stay-away training course and mentoring for industry induction, followed by specialist support from senior

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Engineer or similar.
• Background in field-based engineering within armed forces, maintenance, installation, automotive or machinery equipment.
• Full UK Driving Licence, willing to travel.

• Preventative and Reactive Maintenance
• Full training through a stay-away course and mentoring
• Monday to Friday – covering a regional patch
• Working 1 in 3 Weekends
