Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a well-established team in Plymouth. You will install, commission, service, repair and upgrade equipment at customer sites across the UK and internationally, with door-to-door pay and strong overtime opportunities to boost earnings.

The role requires a mechanical or electrical background and involves diagnosing faults, remote/on-site support, testing and calibration, plus delivering operator training and contributing

Qualifications

• Field Service Engineer or similar with a Mechanical or Electrical background.
• Must be commutable to Plymouth.
• Willing to travel to customer sites across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service, repair and upgrade equipment at customer sites across the UK and internationally.
• Diagnose faults, provide remote and on-site technical support, and carry out testing and calibration.
• Complete service documentation, deliver operator training and support continuous improvement and product development.
