Enlist Solution in Stamford seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, commission and service electro-mechanical systems at client sites. You will train operators, support applications, and contribute to automation projects.

You should have hands-on experience with installation, preventive maintenance, and a willingness to travel with overnight stays. PLC programming and familiarity with Modbus and Ethernet/IP are assets, along with strong communication skills and a proactive learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation, maintenance and support of electro-mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
• Willingness to travel and stay away overnight.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Install and commission units at client sites.
• Train operators and support applications, setup and automation.
• On-site preventative maintenance, calibration and service.
• Advise customers on technical issues and pricing via phone and email.
• Modify and upgrade equipment as needed.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for workshop and onsite visits.
• Ensure demo units are operational; assist with loading/unloading.
• Follow up leads from sales teams for service and repairs.
• Identify potential leads at site and brief sales for follow-up.
