Job summary

gloryglobal seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer to support and maintain customer technology across a large territory. This role is hands-on, combining electro-mechanical repair, Windows-based diagnostics, and basic networking to keep customer sites operating reliably.

You’ll work independently from day one, manage your workload, communicate professionally on site, and deliver high-quality service aligned to SLAs. Field-based with a company vehicle and full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site field service delivery across multiple sites.
• Ability to diagnose electro-mechanical faults and perform repairs.
• Proficiency with Windows-based diagnostic tools and basic networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across a large territory.
• Perform electro-mechanical repair and diagnostics to keep equipment operating.
• Liaise professionally with customers on-site and deliver high-quality service to meet SLAs.
• Manage workload with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Participate in weekend/Bank Holiday rota with additional pay when required.
