Haier Europe is recruiting a Trainee Field Service Engineer to visit customers’ homes across Reading, Bracknell and surrounding areas, resolving appliance faults and delivering a great customer experience. Starting salary £30,000, rising to £35,124 and £39,807 during employment; bonus potential up to £2,500; extensive in-house training, overtime rates and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving licence.
• Able to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects and work in restricted spaces.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• In-house training and mentoring provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to diagnose and repair appliances.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve faults efficiently.
• Work with three brands: Candy, Hoover and Haier.
