Qualifications

• Electrical, mechanical and computer-based engineering skills required.
• Experience with commercial equipment in a production environment is essential.
• Good communication, IT and customer liaison skills are essential.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork qualities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex components and products for the scientific industry with tight tolerances.
• Install, investigate and repair machine faults (electrical and mechanical).
• Plan and prepare parts, equipment and resources for repairs in a timely manner.
• Escalate issues and report to CSC/Supervisor/Customer; follow up with documentation.
