Roche Diagnostics in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain and support our world-class diagnostic equipment across the South region. You will be responsible for installations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site customer training to ensure healthcare teams can deliver results.

The role requires an engineering or electrical qualification, field service experience with high-value capital equipment, and strong diagnostic and communication skills.

Competenze

• Engineering or electrical qualification; biomedical/industrial experience preferred.
• Experience in field service with high-value capital equipment.
• Strong diagnostic skills from component- to system-level.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electro-mechanical, fluidic, and electronic systems across the South and South West England region.
• Carry out preventative, corrective, modification, installation for Roche products.
• Deliver on-site and office-based customer training to ensure effective equipment use.
• Support new product launches and help grow key business accounts across your territory.
• Collaborate with the Regional Technical Manager and wider Technical Services team to deliver exceptional service.
• Represent Roche with professionalism and integrity at customer sites across the region (with occasional UK travel).
