Job summary

TRS Consulting, a market leader in diagnostics equipment, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, install, repair and calibrate medical diagnostic systems across NHS labs and clinical environments.

You will travel to customer sites, support flow cytometry and related products, and provide exceptional customer service while working on electro-mechanical equipment. ONC/HNC in electronics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in field service or technical support in electronics/electro-mechanical
• Qualified to ONC/HNC level in electronics or related discipline
• Impeccable customer service skills for client facing environments

Responsibilities

• Service, installation, breakdown, repair and calibration of laboratory diagnostics systems at customer sites
• Support flow cytometry, cell separation and diagnostics products in NHS labs and clinical settings
• Travel to customer sites for on-site service and maintenance
