Vaillant Group U.K. Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair Vaillant products across N and NW postcodes, based in London. You will investigate faults on breakdowns and carry out system work repairs, while delivering outstanding customer service.

Applicants must hold CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 and LPG ACS gas certificates, with a flexible, customer-focused approach and good IT skills. Full-time role with company van and ongoing training provided.

• Preferably live in postcode area N or NW.
• Strong customer service and IT skills are essential.

What we achieve together

• Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will carry out Servicing and Repairs on Vaillant Group brand products.
• This role will include fault finding on breakdown call outs and system work repairs.
• Providing Customer Service Excellence at every opportunity.
• Working towards KPI’s to support our Sales Department.
• Following procedures and processes set by Field Service and support Field Sales Initiatives.
• All activities above will be supported by a well-established team of Operational Support Technicians and training department.

What makes us successful together

• The successful candidate will hold CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 & LPG ACS gas certificates and preferably live in postcode area N or NW.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
• A high level of technical knowledge of the domestic gas range of group products and have effective communications and IT skills.
• An extremely flexible and adaptable approach is required to ensure our customer’s expectations are exceeded.
• This position requires a highly motivated individual from a field engineering background, whose knowledge and ability to understand and balance customer expectations with stakeholder needs will result in customer service excellence.
• The candidate must have an interest to grow their skills and knowledge to carry out work on any developing future technologies such as Renewable and Commercial products.
