Pomvom is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance and daily operation of ride photography systems across the UK and Europe. You will ensure high-quality, reliable photo experiences at a range of attractions, handling PC hardware, printers and POS equipment with proactive maintenance and excellent customer service.

You will respond to service requests within SLAs, perform health checks, generate weekly reports, and assist with new installations under the engineering

Competenze

• Experience in technical support or AV/electrical work is essential.
• Experience in digital media, PC and/or networking environments.
• Ability to work weekends or shifts as required.
• Strong problem-solving capability and clear communication.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, repair and maintain PC hardware, printers, POS equipment and related infrastructure.
• Provide responsive, professional customer support within SLAs.
• Act as a key customer contact and escalate issues when needed.
• Perform periodic maintenance and identify risks to system functionality and revenue.
• Provide operator training and record activities and repairs accurately.
• Support asset management, installations and upgrades under guidance.
