Job summary

You will own maintenance tasks, respond to call-outs, coordinate with project management and customers, and ensure documentation and billing records are accurate.

Willingness to travel and participate in on-call rota to provide 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Experience with integrated enterprise-level security systems.
• Hands-on with CCTV, access control and intruder alarm deployments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government-level SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering services across CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems.
• Own engineering service activities, maintenance, and on-call support.
• Coordinate between internal teams and customers, ensuring clear communication and proper documentation.
• Participate in the 24/7 on-call rota to provide engineering coverage.
