Culligan UK is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to provide first-class service to our customers and ensure water treatment systems operate reliably. You will visit client sites, perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and deliver outstanding customer care.

Qualificações

• Experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred; full training provided.
• Full UK driving license required, max 6 points.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment on client sites.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment at client locations.
• Manage service schedules to reduce downtime for customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate issues.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver service.
• Weekly visits to Service Centre to replenish parts.

Hours of Work

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Core Role & Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients\' locations
• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectivelyStrong DIY skills and experience using power tools
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
