Culligan UK is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. You will service water treatment systems at customer sites across the region, carrying out maintenance and repairs and ensuring systems run smoothly.

A full training program supports your development, with a clear path for progression within our field operations. The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule (8:30am-5:00pm), with a company van and tools provided, plus benefits such as pension, sick pay and employee

Competenze

• Experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred; full training provided.
• Full and valid UK driving license (max 6 points).
• Strong problem-solving and good communication to build rapport.

Mansioni

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment at client locations.
• Oversee service schedules to reduce downtime.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate issues.
• Engage with customers to deliver outstanding service.
• Weekly visits to Service Centre to replenish parts.

Hours of Work

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Core Role & Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients\' locations
• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectivelyStrong DIY skills and experience using power tools
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
