Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Power Generation) in Bolton. You will service, maintain and repair CHP plants, gas engines and renewable energy systems, with a focus on 450KW+ configurations.

This role is customer facing and involves working Monday to Friday across a surrounding territory, earning a competitive package with overtime potential. The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical or mechanical qualifications (NVQ/HNC or equivalent) and proven

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and breakdowns on energy systems.
• Work on CHP, gas engines and renewable energy systems.
• Electrical fault finding and repairs (ComAp, three phase, drives, motors, PLC).
• Customer facing role across a regional territory.
• Monday to Friday coverage of surrounding area.
