Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Power Generation) in the UK to service CHP, gas engines and renewable energy systems. You will work with 450KW+ equipment, perform servicing, breakdowns and client-facing support across a local territory, Monday to Friday.

The role offers £37,000–£38,750 base, overtime with OTE £60K+, a company vehicle, training and clear technical progression within a growing green energy provider.

Qualifications

• Experience with 450KW+ equipment.
• Experience with CHP, Gas Engines, Generators or similar industrial plant.
• Electrical or Mechanical qualifications or time served (NVQ, HNC or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and breakdowns on energy systems.
• Work on CHP, gas engines and renewable energy systems.
• Electrical fault finding and repairs (ComAp, three phase, drives, motors, PLC).
• Customer facing role.
• Monday to Friday covering surrounding territory.
