Job summary

Coalesce Recruitment Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support a global OEM across Wiltshire, Hampshire, Somerset, and Dorset. The role involves maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair on complex electro-mechanical systems at customer sites, with full training to gain Gas Safe qualifications.

You will work from home and travel as required, with a competitive salary and overtime opportunities. A company van, tablet and phone are provided along with generous holiday and pension

Qualifications

• Time served or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in a multi-skilled maintenance engineering or field service role.
• Experience with electro-mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, drives, compressors, valves, vacuum systems and piping.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, service and fault diagnosis on customer sites.
• Perform repairs on electro-mechanical equipment and plant as required.

Field Service Engineer – Industry leading Global OEM – Wiltshire / Hampshire / Somerset / Dorset – Salary: £34,500 - £47,500 + Expenses + overtime = OTE = £45k -£55k ++ company van, tablet, mobile phone, 23 days holiday rising to 25 after 12 months service + bank, company pension scheme, life assurance and full workwear and ongoing training.

As Field Service Engineer you will be based from home and carry out planned preventative maintenance, service and fault diagnosis and repairs on customer sites throughout Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset and further afield when required.

You will be time served and / or qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent within Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; able to demonstrate experience of working within a multi-skilled maintenance engineering or field service role, working on electro-mechanical equipment, machinery, capital equipment or plant and have experience or knowledge of pumps, motors, drives, compressors, valves, vacuum systems and piping.

Individuals with a HM Forces background who can demonstrate experience of working on a variety of electro-mechanical based plant would be of distinct interest to this business.
