Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Customer Solutions Technician to cover mainly County Derry and North Antrim. The role involves field-based inspections, repairs and installations of CCTV, video doorbell, and intruder alarm systems, delivering high levels of customer service, and meeting daily targets.

Full paid training is provided, plus a company van, uniform and tools. You will check systems, replace batteries, test panels, and ensure proper operation, while recording work details and managing

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driver's license.
• Ability to carry and climb ladders and work at height.
• Practical skills with hand and power tools.
• Work safely to avoid injuries and property damage.
• Willingness to work on a rota-based on-call shift.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work solo or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect CCTV, video doorbell and intruder alarm systems for correct operation.
• Replace batteries and test panels and back-ups as needed.
• Check activation of warning sounders and signaling to the ARC.
• Install and commission systems; document work on the mobile device.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and identify sales opportunities.
