Job summary

Modern Milkman is expanding its door-to-door sales team in the Midlands and is seeking a hands-on Team Leader. Based with your team in the field, you will coach, develop, and drive performance while owning recruitment and onboarding to scale the team responsibly.

From the Burntwood hub you’ll travel to support reps on the doorstep, model best practice, and ensure a customer-first approach. You’ll use data dashboards to spot trends, hit targets, and embed Modern Milkman’s values in every

Qualifications

• Within commutable distance of Burntwood, full UK driving licence required.
• Proven experience in a sales leadership, supervisory, or team captain role (D2D or field sales experience strongly preferred).
• A track record of hitting targets personally, and helping others do the same.
• Confident coaching and giving direct feedback.
• Comfortable recruiting and interviewing.
• Comfortable working with data and reports (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets or dashboards) to track performance.
• Resilient, hands-on, happy to be out on the doorstep in all weather.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day performance of your team, tracking KPIs and quality standards.
• Lead from the field - on the doorstep alongside your team, weekly.
• Recruit, screen, and onboard new team members.
• Coach reps and run regular 1:1s and reviews.
• Report on team performance and uphold Modern Milkman standards.
